Below are some examples of letters sent to H.S 'Jim' Ede at Kettles Yard, Cambridge by Alfred between 1929 and the early 1940's. Kettles Yard hold a large number of these, some of which are available to view by the general public as part of the library area. These examples show how Wallis used language and then in places give an insite into how he viewed his own works. Examples are also held in the Tate Gallery Archive.
